Excel Sports League is now VertiMax Certified!
Excel Sports League is now expanding our training/ development dept. with the addition of the VertiMax V8 EX! For those of you new to what this is, The VertiMax V8 platform is a machine designed for athletes that uses resistance training cords focusing on three key components, speed, explosive power and vertical jump. The VertiMax technology allows resistance to remain consistent as the bands are stretched up to 45 yards. The applications for this machine are truly endless. The VertiMax machine is used by many world class olympians, professionals, both college and high school athletes as well as youth sports athletes. We are proud to announce that we are now offering this training to all wishing to take advantage. In addition, Excel Sports League's Founder and Coach, Coach Will has now been officially certified on the machine with various training techniques providing an added layer of stability towards this method of training. 2nd annual, Summer 19' Allstar Teams

We had such a great time this season at our 2nd annual Allstar game/ events. What a turnout we had for both our games and events including the 3 Point contest and our 3 on 3 shootout. Each and every Division played amazing and gave everyone a great show! We want to congratulate all the players that made the team as well as those that participated in the events and we are certainly looking forward to this time next year to do it all again! 

Basketball Skills clinics are now available!

Excel Sports League is proud to now offer our semi private Basketball Skills Clinics. Our Skills clinics will offer players a more intimate training session focusing on many different aspects of the game from intermediate to advanced lessons for specific age groups with no more than 7 to a class. Training sessions will be offered to our D-League Division age groups and so on up and will be held throughout each season on select weekdays so register today and train like a Champion!

Newberry's block is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for underprivileged youth to participate in the realm of sports through scholarships, fundraising events and community outreach. Excel Sports League is honored to partner with Newberry's block to help facilitate this need where present. For any family with limited financial resources interested in participating in our program, please download the scholarship application by clicking the Menu item: Newberry's Block, print application, fill out accordingly then submit completed application along with the required necessary documents to Newberry's Block via email, fax, scan or send to the PO Box noted on the application for consideration. Upon approval, you will be contacted by Newberry's Block with further instructions. Again, thank you so much to Newberry's Block and their associates for helping in the community this way and for providing an opportunity for those in need the ability to play a sport they love!

You can make a difference by volunteering to Coach or be a stat keeper! Excel Sports League is 100% volunteer driven, this is why your participation is so crucial to our program. In volunteering, you are making a choice to become a vital influence in a young child's life and we take that very seriously. Excel Sports League can also offer incentives to those who volunteer, not as an attraction but rather a reward for your time and hard work. When you sign up online, simply select YES for your desire to Coach or man the score board/ stat sheets, contact Coach Will with any questions you may have regarding either role.

Registrations are now open for our 2020 Summer hoops Program. Be on the lookout for this flyer in your local schools and retail shops! Excel Sports League is dedicated to bringing the best possible basketball experience for both you and your child. Our coaches will teach the fundamentals needed to get them to the next level of play. Whether you are new to hoops, looking for some fun on the weekends or can out shoot Steph Curry from beyond the arch Excel Sports League is for you!
