Return to Excel Sports League 2024 Fall Youth Basketball Program

Our Ballers Division is open to all Male Athletes ages 13-15, all skill levels accepted. Younger players may be able to participate in this division following evaluations if skill level permits. Ballers will play with a 29.5" regulation size ball and on a 10' regulation size hoop. These games will be officiated as well as score and stat kept with division standings uploaded following each game. Our Ballers Division is competitive in that standard basketball rules will be strictly enforced. Rules for this division can be found by clicking menu item < FAQ < Where are the Excel Sports League Rulebooks? Please note, it is not uncommon for Excel Sports League to combine both our Ballers and Varsity division's depending on the amount of sign ups we receive for each. Age and skill level of players are certainly taken into consideration prior to doing so.

****Following player evaluations, players can be sent down a division based on skill. Players in the Ballers Division must display for coaches that they can "compete" to a certain point and at a certain level during the evaluation process. They must display the ability to defend and score at a certain level. If a player is unable to display these characteristics, the player is subject to be sent down a division for developmental purposes.****

****All buddy requests made are not guaranteed to be accommodated. Parents asking for 3+ buddies where each are rated as advanced in skill or based on skill where one buddy is advanced and the other is more beginner therefore separated by skill/ division are instances where we may be unable to accommodate. There are other circumstances but these are the most common.****
